The competition will be held from December 1 to December 5, 2023 at the Petrozavodsk State Glazunov Conservatory (Republic of Karelia, Russian Federation). 
             The competition dedicated to Chopin's music was first held in Petrozavodsk in 2009 on the eve of the 200th anniversary of the composer's birth, and was the first in a series of events that paid tribute to the memory of the great Polish composer. 
              I hope that we will witness wonderful bright performances that will captivate with original and highly professional interpretations.
       I am sure that the competition will open new creative horizons for the participants, and Chopin's music will forever be included in their performing repertoire.
